EventLoop for independent hobby & game stores
EventLoop by Hobby Answer helps you improve registrations, attendance, repeat visits, and measurable event-linked revenue—without replacing your existing checkout.
The revenue leak
Events create attention, but stores often lose the path from first interest to registration, attendance, repeat visits, and attributable sales.
The operating sequence
Hobby Answer installs and operates the customer path. Your team stays responsible for the event itself.
Email and SMS permission are captured separately. We do not use purchased, scraped, rented, or non-permissioned lists. Youth events default to parent or guardian capture and communication.
A practical starting point
Counter signs, receipts, event pages, and table displays can lead customers to one clear registration path. The form captures relevant interests and separate email and SMS permissions before any follow-up begins.

Event recommendations grounded in proven operating patterns
We recommend formats hobby stores already know how to run, then prioritize the lane with the clearest audience, repeat cadence, seat constraint, and path to another visit. The recommendation is practical, not a generic calendar of ideas.
Build reliable attendance and a clear next action around an established cadence.
Clarify expectations, reminders, live capacity, and waitlists for high-interest dates.
Help first-timers arrive prepared and give them a relevant reason to return.
Track event economics when staffing, materials, instruction, or multiple sessions matter.
Relevant customer follow-up
Each registration and check-in adds useful context about what a customer actually enjoys. The system combines known participation with permissioned preferences to recommend relevant events and suppress announcements that do not fit.
Hi Jordan,
Since you attended our Magic: The Gathering Commander Night, we would like to invite you to the prerelease for the next Magic expansion.
Get an early look at the new cards, build your deck at the store, and play in a welcoming event with other local players.
You received this invitation because you registered for a related store event. You can update your event preferences or unsubscribe at any time.
90-day founding engagement
We start with one store and one defined event or customer lane, install the complete customer journey, and measure whether the system produces evidence worth continuing.
Your store remains the event organizer and merchant of record. Shopify or your existing POS remains the source of truth for event products, ticket inventory, payments, tax, cancellations, and refunds. An unpaid event-day QR scan opens your store checkout; EventLoop uses synchronized registration information for confirmation and attendance check-in without creating a competing payment ledger. You control capacity, staffing, safety, accessibility, prizes, publisher rules, supervision, and customer commitments. The operating goal is minutes per event, not a new marketing department, but a staff owner must mark attendance and handle customer needs. For youth events, parent or guardian communication is the default.
Measurement without wishful math
Costs can include kits, prizes, materials, instructors, added staff, payment fees, advertising, and refunds. Gross sales are not profit.
EventLoop opportunity calculator
Compare what one event produces today with a realistic attendance goal. Add the share of attendees who buy something and your average basket to make the in-store conversion opportunity visible.
Illustrative planning estimate only. Attendance, purchase rate, and basket size are assumptions—not promises of registrations, revenue, profit, or ROI. Replace them with store records before making a pricing or staffing decision.
Founding EventLoop pricing
EventLoop is $750 to set up plus $399 per month, with a defined 90-day initial term and month-to-month service thereafter.
Pass-through costs may include messaging or phone registration, email overages, domains, payment processing, ads, print, premium integrations, and other approved third-party expenses. After the initial term, service continues month to month unless ended under the written agreement. Registrations, attendance, sales, profit, deliverability, contribution, and ROI are not guaranteed.
Common questions
No. It is a managed customer journey that connects capture, segmentation, registration, reminders, attendance, follow-up, and measurement around your event program. Your existing website, POS, ecommerce, and tournament systems remain in place. HighLevel may provide enabling infrastructure farther behind the scenes; it is not the product outcome.
Before launch, we agree on one store and one focused event or customer lane that can be supported and measured during the 90-day initial term. Additional locations, event lanes, advertising, custom integrations, and materially higher operating burden are quoted separately.
No. Email can be the primary contact. Phone is optional, and email and SMS permission are requested separately. SMS consent is never a condition of purchase. We do not use purchased, scraped, rented, or non-permissioned lists.
The intent is minutes per event, not a new marketing department. A staff owner must confirm event details, approve messaging, respond to customer needs, and mark attendance accurately. The store still operates the event and handles customer commitments.
Your store owns its customer data. The pilot builds a permissioned, store-owned audience and a documented operating handoff; it is not designed to trap your contacts inside a marketing service.
We diagnose the point of failure: reach, offer, registration, reminder, capacity, or audience fit. The answer is not automatically a broad discount, more messages, or manufactured urgency. The pilot is designed to produce evidence, including evidence that a lane should pause or change.
Parent or legal guardian capture and communication are the default. We do not directly collect child data without legal review, verified parental consent, and written scope. The store remains responsible for supervision, safety, staff screening, age rules, and applicable law.
You receive a continuation scorecard and a decision point: continue month to month, revise, expand, pause, or stop under the written agreement. Expansion happens only after the first proof is understood.
No business result is guaranteed. We commit to the written service scope, transparent attribution labels, and a measured account of what happened. The first-60-day satisfaction assurance covers Hobby Answer’s service delivery after a reasonable opportunity to correct an identified issue; it does not guarantee list growth, deliverability, registrations, attendance, sales, profit, contribution, or ROI.
