1. Using Hobby Answer

Hobby Answer provides free visibility Snapshots, AI Recommendation Benchmarks, Recommendation Growth Sprints, AI Visibility Monitoring, category intelligence, dashboards, draft implementation assets, and related consulting services for hobby manufacturers, publishers, retailers, and distributors.

By using the website, submitting a form, purchasing a service, or accessing a dashboard or report, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for keeping dashboard links, access codes, and account information secure. You agree to provide accurate business, contact, billing, product, and website information when using the service.

We may suspend or limit access if we believe an account is being misused, accessed without permission, or used in a way that harms the service or another customer.

3. Service Scope

Reports and recommendations are based on the information available at the time of review, the prompts tested, third-party AI systems, public web sources, and any facts or materials you provide.

AI answers, search results, citations, public discussions, and buyer behavior can change quickly. Hobby Answer provides analysis and implementation guidance, not guaranteed placement or guaranteed commercial outcomes.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing any content, pages, claims, comparisons, FAQs, product facts, or public replies created from Hobby Answer materials.
• You are responsible for making sure product claims, performance claims, testimonials, pricing, availability, and legal statements are accurate for your business.
• You agree not to use the service for fake reviews, undisclosed promotion, spam, harassment, scraping abuse, unlawful content, or misleading advertising.

5. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

Prices, included deliverables, renewal terms, and billing frequency are shown at checkout, in the offer, or in a written agreement. Subscription services renew until canceled unless the offer states otherwise.

If an offer includes a credit from a Benchmark toward a Growth Sprint, the amount, eligibility window, and any scope conditions are the terms shown in that offer or written agreement. Credits are not cash refunds and do not extend beyond their stated window.

Late, failed, or disputed payments may pause access to reports, dashboards, scans, or ongoing services.

6. Intellectual Property

You keep ownership of your brand materials, product information, website content, and customer data. Hobby Answer keeps ownership of its tools, templates, scoring methods, dashboard software, internal processes, and reusable know-how.

Unless a written agreement says otherwise, once you have paid for a deliverable, you may use that deliverable for your own business.

7. Limitations

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hobby Answer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages connected to use of the service.

These terms are general website terms and are not legal advice. A signed agreement, if you have one with Hobby Answer, controls if it conflicts with this page.
