Check in from 6:00 PM. Staff builds pods around experience and preferred power level, then helps rebalance between rounds if a table is not a good fit.

Store policy
Seats are held until 6:20 PM.
Cancel from your confirmation message if plans change. Released seats are offered to the waitlist. Event credit may be transferred to the next Friday when cancellation is received before noon on event day.
